Mission Statement

Blue Hills Civic Association empowers the people living and working in the Blue Hills and surrounding communities to create stable and attractive neighborhoods through organizing, advocacy, and multi-generational programs.

 

Blue Hills Civic Association is a catalyst to inspire Hartford to be vibrant with civically engaged residents and leaders, strong schools and thriving economies.
